With a thorough site assessment complete, construction partners then estimated the rough costs associated with the renovations and replacements that would  be necessary. After reviewing the costs and the programmatic needs at ORC, the decision was made to demolish the current Olney Rec Center building and construct a new structure. The existing gymnasium will remain and will be renovated. The new Olney Rec Center grounds will feature an outdoor recreational track and artificial turf multi-sport field, updated basketball and tennis courts, new playgrounds, a new sprayground, and more!
